π§π NEXT CUSTOMER BIKE ON THE BENCH β 2012 SUZUKI RM-Z250! ππ§This RM-Z250 has come in for an inspection after the customer reported little to no compression after fitting new piston rings. πWeβve worked through the usual checks so far:β
Top end pulled down and inspectedβ
Piston installation checkedβ
New piston rings fittedβ
New top-end gasket installedβ
General assembly checked overWeβre now narrowing it down to a couple of areas.First is the cylinder head and valves β making sure everything is seating and sealing correctly.
