Shipping Policy

We ship all products from Ipswich, Queensland.

We will endeavour to process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Back ordered items will be endeavoured to be processed within 2-3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of arrival in stock.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order and payment details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us ( for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address when placing an order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. For any orders that included “Free Shipping”, the amount that will be deducted is $20.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $25 flat rate shipping and this will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For Pickup: Once the order has been processed, we will contact you to organise a suitable time for your order to be collected.

For Large / Bulky items: Once we receive the order, we will obtain a quote for the amount for shipping with a freight company. Once we have obtained a price for your shipping, we will issue a separate invoice for just the cost of the shipping.

International Shipping

For all International shipping, please ensure that you contact us at to obtain a price for international shipping prior to placing an order.

Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
